Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
  
• Shipping times listed below begin after your order has been packaged and processed.

Packaging Care

All crystals are carefully wrapped and packed with love to ensure they reach you safely. Natural imperfections are normal and part of each piece’s unique beauty.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $12 Australia-wide
  
• Express Shipping: $18 Australia-wide
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150
  

Open Box Option

• Use code OPENBOX at checkout to build your order over time — this saves you from paying shipping multiple times.
  
• Whilst I’m happy to hold your box, if it starts getting too big I may reach out to close it.
  
• Once your open box reaches $150, it qualifies for free shipping and can be closed at any time with code CLOSEBOX, or simply send me a message to close.
  

Delivery Times (Australia Post from Melbourne)

• VIC: 2–4 business days
  
• NSW / SA / TAS / ACT: 3–6 business days
  
• QLD: 4–7 business days
  
• WA / NT: 6–10 business days 

(Remote and rural areas may take longer.)

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post. However, if your parcel goes missing, we will happily assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier.
