All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale. Please be sure of your selection before checking out.

Natural Imperfections

Crystals are natural creations. They may have unique markings, inclusions, or surface textures — these are not considered flaws. Each piece is sold as is.

Disclosed Damage

Any unnatural (man-made) chips, cracks, or repairs will be clearly described in the product listing and shown in product photos.

Damaged in Transit?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and original packaging

We’ll assess the issue and offer a resolution — such as a replacement or store credit — at our discretion.

Missing or Incorrect Items

I am human, and mistakes may happen. If an item is missing or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and a short video showing the items received and the packaging

Once reviewed, we can issue a refund or send the correct item where possible.

Note: We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.
